CODE OF ETHICS
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS OF ONTARIO INC.

1. Members shall observe the highest standard of honesty in all their transactions, avoiding the use of false, confusing, inaccurate and misleading terms, descriptions and claims.
2. Members shall endeavor to produce photographs of a quality equal or superior to the samples he/she displays and to apply his/her best efforts toward providing the best possible photographic services.
3. Members shall maintain a dignity of manner in their behavior in the presentation of their photography and photographic services; in their appearance and all other forms of public contact.
4. Members shall maintain co-operation with their fellow professional photographers by assisting them when they are in trouble or in difficulty; and to assist them by sharing of knowledge to achieve and maintain the highest standard of quality.
5. Members shall recognize the authority of this association in all matters relating to the interpretation of this Code. The objectives and purposes of this association shall be:
   • To advance photography and all its branches
   • To create, promote and maintain among its members:
     • a) cordial personal relations, co-operation and social activity
     • b) an interchange of thoughts, opinions and ideas
     • c) a high standard of conduct in accordance with the Code of Ethics.
